Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Looker Studio Specialist to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and dashboard development, with a keen eye for translating complex data into insightful and user-friendly reports. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually appealing and actionable dashboards in Looker Studio, as well as optimizing data pipelines for various business intelligence needs. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients based in the US.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement insightful and interactive reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
  • Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and management, primarily utilizing Google BigQuery.
  • Integrate and manage data from various platforms using tools such as Funnel.io to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into actionable reports that inform business decisions.
  • Perform detailed analysis of digital marketing metrics and KPIs to provide meaningful insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, data visualization trends, and emerging tools to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data collected from different sources and perform thorough validation and testing of reports.
  • Support web and digital marketing analytics efforts by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.


Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Proven expertise in designing reports and dashboards using Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) .
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Google BigQuery for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data integration tools like Funnel.io for seamless data collection and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of additional data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Understanding of web analytics, digital marketing metrics, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or Marketing is preferred but not required.
