URC Construction (P) Ltd is HIRING.Position: Planning Engineer / Planning TraineeQualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringExperience: 0 to 1 YearRoles & Responsibilities- Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project (MSP).- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and support project reporting.- Coordinate with site execution teams to collect data on project progress and resource utilization.- Support in preparing baseline programs, monitoring deviations, and updating revised schedules.- Prepare resource histograms, S-curves, and progress charts.- Participate in review meetings and support planning documentation.- Assist senior planners in delay analysis and preparation of catch-up plans.- Ensure planning documents, reports, and dashboards are updated regularly.Key Skills- Proficiency in Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory.- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting abilities.- Basic understanding of civil construction project planning.- Good communication and teamwork skills.Key Result Areas- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules.- Ensure timely submission of progress and delay reports.- Support coordination between project site and planning department.Interested candidates are encouraged to share their resumes at:
