Role: ServiceNow HRSD DeveloperLocation : Pune/Chennai/HyderabadExperience : 7+YearsWork Mode: HybridPosition Overview:We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrators .These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.- Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into tehnical solutions.- Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.- Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.- Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.- Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.Required Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow certifications such as:- Certified System Administrator (CSA)- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD- Certified Application DeveloperExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.Work Environment:Offshore-based role with remote collaboration across global teams. Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
