Budget: Mid(16Lpa) Senior (20LPA) Lead(27 LPA) Education: Graduate/BE/BTech/MCA

Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Highlevel of expertise on SAP MM.
  • On demand supportto Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as wellas partners in charge of administration of data centers (databaseadministration upgradesperformance).
  • Accountable for Solution issuesescalated to the Global Support team. Ensure that tickets areproperly responded to fixed tested and followsup those until theyare properly closed according to process defined. Support providedis functional (analysis feedbackrecommendation).
  • Analyze content of releaseson his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testingis concerned.
  • Liaise with regional / localsupport teams and testing factory to ensure that release validationprocess is done properly.
  • Analyze challengevalidate recommendations and actions of on his/herarea
  • Liaise with Global Data Excellence andBusiness Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving andenhancement
  • Contribute review and validate Corebugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing andvalidation.
  • SAP and functional knowledge onSupply Chain and Manufacturing Processes.

TechnologySkills:

  • 10years of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multipleprojects (Core template design / build / validation rollout andsupport) in the area of SAP Materials Management (MM).
  • SAP HANA experience added advantage.
  • High level of expertise on SAP MM modules.
  • The resource should have at least years of SAPMM Experience and good experience in Procurement or InventoryDomain.
  • Should be able to handle MM/WMindependently and will be working with the Business directly.
  • Should have good experience in Taxation.
  • Should have knowledge in GST implementation.
  • Operational business experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similarrole within an international context (multienvironments multipleteams concurrent deployment project).
  • Domainexperience in procurement is an added advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of SAP functional(processes available functionalities) and technical background(customizing environment transport orders) different stages ofprojects (run deployments testing) as well as project managementskills (planning followup team work multiple teams interaction.
  • MM Expert and understand PP/QMWM PlantMaintenance is a must.

Responsibilitiesas aLead:

  • TechnicalExposure: MM Expert and understand PP/QM WM PlantMaintenance modules. Know Basic concepts of RICEF objects should beable to explain technical details and have Knowledge of Integrationbetween Functional modules.
  • Communication and SolutionProvision: Effectively communicate and provideappropriate solutions to business and conveying solutionfeasibility and any limitations in achieving objectives smoothly.
  • Team Management: Assess the capabilities of the team and distribute work accordinglyidentifying strengths and weaknesses to groom team membersappropriately.
  • KnowledgeSharing: Establish a knowledge centre throughregular knowledgesharing sessions fostering a culture of continuouslearning and development within the team.
  • Enforcement of BestPractices: Enforce SAP Best Practices rigorously toensure consistency and efficiency in development processes.
  • Daily ScrumCalls: Conduct daily scrum calls to coordinateactivities address challenges and ensure alignment with projectobjectives.
  • PipelinePlanning : Plan the CHR/work pipeline ahead of timeevery week to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
  • StakeholderCommunication: Provide soft escalation tostakeholders on dependencies and productivity maintainingtransparent and proactive communication channels.
  • QualityAssurance: Monitor and ensure highqualitydeliverables from each member of the team maintaining standards ofexcellence in all project outputs.
  • TeamAvailability: Monitor and ensure the availability ofteam members during work hours optimizing resource utilization andproject timelines.
  • StatusReporting: Regularly update the status tracker andprepare governance decks with accurate status updates presentingthem to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • SLA Adherence: Strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring timelyand quality delivery of projects as per clientrequirements.
