Job DescriptionLocation: Middletown, OH, 45005The Visual Content Creator plays a pivotal role in crafting captivating and engaging visual assets that resonate with the Hightowers Petroleum Co customer base. This individual for this position should possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of branding principles, and proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. They should be able to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content across various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing materials. A portfolio showcasing versatility, creativity, and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The Visual Content Creator should stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful. This position is full-time (40 hours weekly) and reports directly to the Chief Information Officer. Position is on-site (no hybrid or remote).Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns such as email, social media, mobile app advertising or digital campaigns

and events.

Design and development of social media assets.

Deliver proper digital communications on time and according to editorial planning calendars.

Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.

Develop and create marketing and presentation materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

Provide quality control.

Requirements

US Visa(B1/L1) is an added advanyage

Must be a High School graduate. College graduate, some college, or a combination of work education and experience accepted.

3-5 years work experience in graphic design, multimedia, digital, marketing and branding

Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) and Wix.

2+ Years experience in video content creation

Knowledge of content management systems.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Strong understanding of design principles and typography.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

High proficiency of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is fundamental for creating polished and professional graphics.

Strong typography skills and an understanding of composition principles are essential for crafting visually appealing layouts.

Ability to create, innovate, and generate original ideas and concepts to produce compelling visual content.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members, understand client briefs, and convey brand messaging through visuals.

Adaptability and the willingness to learn and evolve with relevancy to the petroleum/energy industry and emerging technologies and design trends.
