Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Laravel developer to join our team and take ownership of the full development lifecycle of our web applications. You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the backend and frontend using the Laravel framework, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and goals. To succeed in this role, you should be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:Minimum experience of 3 years in the Software Development field is mandatory.Minimum experience of 2 years in any PHP MVC framework.Strong understanding of Javascript.

Backend :Design and develop robust and scalable backend applications using

any PHP framework (preferably Laravel 9+).Strong knowledge of PHP programming.Good understanding of

DSA algorithms & SOLID principles

helping you to build efficient and scalable codesImplement

RESTful APIs, GraphQL

for data access and interactionStrong

understanding of

MySQL

allowing you to write complex queriesDesign and implement efficient

database modelsOptimise

code for performance and efficiencyWrite clean, well-documented, and maintainable codeParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsStay up-to-date

with the latest Laravel features and best practices

Frontend :Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS or any other frontend frameworkStrong knowledge of JavaScript & jQuery, enabling the implementation of interactive and dynamic features on the frontendUtilise modern JavaScript frameworks

(e.g., Vue.js, React.js)

for complex interactionsIntegrate frontend components with backend APIsImplement responsive design for optimal mobile experienceFocus on accessibility and usability best practices

General :Collaborate effectively with designers and other developersWrite clear and concise documentationParticipate in Agile development processesAdapt to changing requirements and prioritiesContribute to a positive and productive team environment

Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science IT or Computer Engineering.Proven experience in Software development with any PHP MVC framework

(2+ years, do not apply if your experience is less than 2 years)Strong understanding of

object-oriented

programming principlesExcellent knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with relational databases (e.g.,

MySQL , PostgreSQL)Sound at writing

complex SQL queries without

relying on modern

ORMs .Familiarity with

Git

and Agile methodologies preferred.Integration of third-party APIs including

payment gateways

into the company’s web application.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamAbility to write clean and efficient codeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPassion for building high-quality software

Bonus Points :Experience with API design and implementationExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React.js)Knowledge of DevOps practicesExperience with unit testing frameworks is a plus (e.g., PHPUnit)
