Profile : Ecommerce Ops Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate actionable summary dashboards and detailed reports to analyze key metrics including gross sales, returns, inventory, post-order journey, courier performance, category insights, and order-level reconciliation.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business operations.
• Implement changes or updates to pincodes based on Return to Origin (RTO) performance to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Provide insights and analysis on operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• Produce reports on settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions.
• Identify and address issues with wrong or incomplete address orders to minimize delivery errors. • Manage undelivered orders within shipping partner portals to reduce Return to Origin rates and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with third-party logistic partners to raise claims and secure reimbursement for undelivered goods.
• Follow established processes to handle return claims efficiently and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven 3 - 5 Years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or operations management, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes, especially in the context of e-commerce operations • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • Proficiency in using Order Management Systems (OMS), Return Claim Management, and familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, brand partners, and logistics providers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
