About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for the Lead Project – AI Delivery position within our dynamic Data, Analytics, and AI team based in our Hyderabad office. As the Lead Project – AI Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving the technology-focused aspects of a diverse portfolio. This position requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative technology solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the portfolio execution plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery process. You will work closely with various leaders to develop and manage project execution plans, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy. Your role will be critical in advocating for user-centric design and in driving initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring that each product delivers value to our users.

What you will be doing

Project Delivery Strategy:

- Develop and communicate the project strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology-related requirements in alignment with business initiatives and the technology roadmap.

Feature Prioritization and Iteration Planning:

- Prioritize features and enhancements based on delivery timelines, user impact, and technical feasibility.- Work closely with development teams to plan and prioritize work for each iteration, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Data Platform teams to develop comprehensive execution plans and ensure effective communication across teams.- Oversee the end-to-end reporting of the delivery process, from concept to launch, to ensure the product delivers value to users.

User-Centric Design and Problem-Solving:

- Advocate for user needs by collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly technology solutions.- Address technical and resource challenges by working with teams to find practical solutions and remove roadblocks.

Product Launch and PLM Coordination:

- Coordinate the successful launch of new technology products, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales efforts.- Oversee the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process for initiatives to ensure seamless transitions from development to deployment.

What you will bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-focused roles.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development teams and designers.- Proven track record of delivering technology products that meet user needs and business objectives.- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product strategies and requirements.- Understanding of software development processes and relevant technologies.- Experience in incorporating user feedback into product development.
