Business Analyst, Consumer Risk-(WD55995)

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

·Hands on experience on test planning/test strategy, defect raising and validation, sending status reports

·Handle and monitor Credit cards system – New acquisition, daily limit management and end to end workflow

·Assist in performing User Acceptance Testing for credit card workflow and provide relevant feedback to ensure all necessary inputs are in place for safe “Straight through sanction process”.

·Support system enhancements, creation of test scenarios and execute credit card changes in User Acceptance Testing

·Worked on LOS/ LMS (loan originating/ management system) for Credit cards

·Ability to understand the policy requirement and translate the policy into test data for testing policy related scenarios

·Co-ordination and collaboration with policy, Tech & business to iron out bottlenecks.

·Support in performing Quality control and Quality Assurance checks

·Support in resolution of system related customer/business escalations within defined timelines

Required Qualifications and Experience

·Experience and knowledge of End to end testing, UAT, regression, automation test frameworks.

·Graduate/Post-Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in UAT testing/System changes in financial services

·At least 5 years underwriting experience in credit cards (or unsecured loans) with a reputed bank/NBFC.

·Digital lending experience will be given preference

·Positive attitude.

·Good communication skills, with proficiency in English.

 Ability to interact and build common ground with various stakeholders in the Tech/business
