Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead DevOps Engineer based in Pune. The Lead DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure and deployment pipelines. They will ensure efficient configuration management, continuous integration, and continuous deployment processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system operations, enhance security protocols, and automate workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Configuration Management tools and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
  • Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Scripting Languages and Automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Shell)
  • Experience with Monitoring and Logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior DevOps role is a plus
