Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, creating and delivering presentations, and effective communication with clients to promote the company's services and products.

Qualifications
  • Must Be Graduate, MBA is plus
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to create engaging presentations
  • Proven experience in lead generation and market research
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Foreign Trade or International Business is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM software

  • Virtual Meeting Tools: Familiarity with tools ensuring seamless global client communication.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and other MS Office tools for streamlined operations.
  • Presentation and Communication: Polished presentation and effective communication in Hindi and English.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Proven expertise in sales strategies and successful negotiation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Export-Import terminologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
