We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer with experience in 3D work to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations, particularly within the context of crypto gaming projects. This role requires a deep understanding of both motion graphics and the unique demands of the crypto gaming space.


Key Responsibilities


Design and Animation:


- Create high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations

- Develop visually compelling assets for in-game use, marketing campaigns, and social media.

- Produce videos and static banners specifically for Twitter to enhance our social media presence.

- Translate complex concepts and ideas into engaging animations and motion graphics.

- Utilize advanced 3D software and tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) to produce animations - Not mandatory

- Implement and optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices.

- Ensure all graphics and animations meet quality standards and performance criteria.

-Communicate effectively with team members across different departments.

- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and feedback meetings.

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Experience:


- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong focus on 3D animation.

- Previous experience working on crypto gaming projects or within the gaming industry is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual effects.

- Knowledge in creating videos and static banners for Twitter and other social media platforms.

- Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and their application in gaming.

- Excellent creative and technical skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
