About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Backend Developer with a strong command of and JavaScript to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will help design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our web and mobile applications. You will also get a chance to work on cutting-edge Generative AI features by learning and applying Python.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend services using

  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with frontend and mobile applications.
  • Work extensively with
    SQL databases
    (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and
    NoSQL databases
    (MongoDB, DynamoDB) — including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend developers, leveraging your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React (or similar frameworks) to ensure smooth backend-frontend integration.
  • Contribute to the development of
    Generative AI-driven features
    by applying Python programming skills.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality software.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in
    Generative AI
    , and proactively adopt new tools and frameworks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Continuously optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Support process improvements by enhancing development workflows, tools, and practices.

Required Skills:
