Job Description
Job Title - Senior Backend Developer 
Location - Bangalore 
Experience - 5-8 years 
Primary Skills - Java, Spring boot, hibernate , AWS
 
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems to support our applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in (programming language(s) such as Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
  • Develop robust APIs to enable seamless communication between different components of the application or between different systems.
  • Design, optimize, and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL) ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
  • Implement middleware components to handle authentication, authorization, caching, logging, and other cross-cutting concerns.
  • Integrate backend services with third-party APIs, services, or systems to enable key features and functionalities.
  • Implement security best practices to protect our backend systems from common vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the backend systems through optimization and scaling.
  • Set up monitoring and logging solutions to track the health, performance, and usage of backend services.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share best practices to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • years of experience in backend development with expertise in (programming language(s)).
  • Proven track record of designing and developing scalable backend systems for web applications or software systems.
  • Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management (SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL).
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
