Social Media Manager
who can take charge of brand voices across platforms and create meaningful online engagement.

Role Overview:

  • As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that deliver impact. You'll lead content calendars, campaigns, and performance analysis while working closely with the creative team to bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    social media strategies
    to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and maintain
    content calendars
    across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality posts, reels, and stories.
  • Run and optimize
    paid social media campaigns
    on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics with actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of
    trends, tools, and best practices
    in the digital and social media space.
  • Foster online communities by engaging with audiences through comments, DMs, and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a
    Social Media Manager
    or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools
    .
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
  • Basic understanding of
    analytics and performance reporting
    .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a
    marketing or advertising agency
    is a plus.
