- Technical project delivery: Quality, Cost & Delivery


- Hands on experience in programming (C or C++)


- Software estimation of work products & negotiation with customers


- Project Management activities like scheduling, resource loading & load forecast


- Managed services (KPI's, review, effective utilization & QA)


- Working knowledge of a High Level Operating System(Linux/Windows) kernel


- Understanding and hands on experience with some of protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, UART, Flexray, Ethernet etc


- Lead a team of 5-7 members of Embedded Software Engineers.


Skills Required :

- 5+ years' experience in the Embedded and/or Automotive Industry
