Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM TechnicalConsultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM projects.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Fast FormulaHDL HCM Extract BIP and OTBI with proven expertise in Core HRAbsence and Payroll modules. Excellent communication skills areessential as this role involves direct clientinteraction.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Oracle HCMImplementation:
Participate in at least 2 endtoend Oracle HCMimplementation projects.
Develop and manageFast Formulas for Absence Payroll and Core HR.
Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet clientrequirements.
2. TechnicalDevelopment:
Utilize HDL (HCMData Loader) for data migration and integration.
Develop and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and dataextraction.
Create and maintain BIP (BIPublisher) reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional BusinessIntelligence) dashboards.
3.Client Interaction:
Communicateeffectively with clients to gather requirements and providetechnical solutions.
Conduct client meetingsand presentations to discuss project progress anddeliverables.
Provide training and support toclients on Oracle HCM functionalities.
4. ProblemSolving:
Identify and resolve technical issues in Oracle FusionHCM applications.
Ensure timely delivery ofproject milestones and technical deliverables.
Collaborate with functional consultants and other team members toprovide comprehensive solutions.
5. Documentation:
Prepare technical documentation including designspecifications test plans and user manuals.
Document and maintain configuration and customizationchanges.
TechnicalSkills:
1. OracleFusion HCM:
Strong expertise inOracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR Absence and Payroll.
Proficient in developing and managing Fast Formulas forvarious HCM processes.
2.Technical Tools:
Experience withHDL (HCM Data Loader) for data management andintegration.
Proficient in HCM Extracts forreporting and data extraction.
Skilled increating and maintaining BIP (BI Publisher) reports and OTBI(Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) dashboards.
3. ProjectExperience:
Minimum 2 endtoendOracle HCM implementation projects experience.
Technical or technofunctional experience in Fusion HCMprojects.
4. CommunicationSkills:
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
Ability tointeract effectively with clients and gatherrequirements.
5. ProblemSolvingSkills:
Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities.
Ability totroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Key Attributes:
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to workindependently.
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Ability to work in ateam environment and collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
