Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structure Designer. location is Sangli. The Structure Designer will be responsible for designing structural plans, creating detailed drawings, collaborating with project managers and engineers, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring designs comply with safety standards and local regulations. The role also includes consulting with clients to tailor solutions to their specific requirements and overseeing the implementation of design plans from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and structural engineering design tools
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and materials science
• Excellent project management and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in designing pre-engineered buildings or steel structures is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
