We are seeking a talented and experienced Laravel Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications, taking ownership of the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.As a Laravel Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the Laravel framework• Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications• Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to integrate UI/UX designs seamlessly• Full Lifecycle Management: Handle all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficientlyRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills• Back-End Development: Strong experience with Laravel framework and PHP• Front-End Development: Proficiency in Java Script, HTML5, and CSS3• Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js• Laravel Expertise:- Laravel API development- Laravel Blade templating engine- Filament administration panel• Styling: Advanced knowledge of Tailwind CSS• Database: Strong experience with My SQL database design and optimization• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows• Server-Side Technologies: Solid understanding of server architecture and deploymentProfessional Skills• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities• Strong collaborative and team-working skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• Proven experience in full-stack web development with Laravel• Portfolio of successfully delivered web applications (preferred)Nice to Have• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles• Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Jest, etc.)• Understanding of web security best practices
