Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Track client satisfaction and share periodic performance reports. Prepare documentation, client updates, and activity reports. Identify scope for improvements and value additions.Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact withinternational clientsconfidently. Customer-focused and professional approach to client management. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Preference for candidates fromHotel Managementbackground.Eligibility Criteria Graduate from any discipline (Hotel Management preferred). Minimum1+ yearsof experience in client servicing, customer management, or international client handling.
