Job Responsibilities:

  • The Analyst will be responsible for the CRM management and provide reports from the CRM.
  • This Analyst will serve as liaison between Data Provisioning and various business units to coordinate the onboarding of data and the creation of Analytical solutions.
  • Must have strong database query/analysis skills.
  • Will work with the sales teams to analyze business requirements and review/produce specifications for any new/change to Dashboards.
  • Develop interactive/dynamic dashboards on excel/Power BI.
  • Solicit business requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Understand business requirements very clearly then translate and use data sources that need to be blended and joined to deliver efficient, accurate and quality dashboards.
  • Responsible for maintaining consistency across multiple dashboards.
  • Prepare presentations as per the business requirement.
  • Data Cleaning.


What we expect from you:

Skills Required : SQL, Tableau, Power BI,ETL,OLAP ,Data Migration & Data Analysis,BI Tools


  • 3 - 5 years of experience experience in data analysis, reporting and visualization.
  • B.Tech /BE/ BCA/ BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, from reputed Engineering College/ Universities is preferred or Any Graduate
  • In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI
  • Ability to work on huge datasets.
  • Must have knowledge on SQL
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and MS access.
  • Good Communication and Analytical Skills
