Fitsib, a burgeoning startup in the medical tourism sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our core team. As we gear up for a significant fundraising round in the next three months, we’re offering an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our startup's future, with a compensation package that includes equity and a cash salary to start, transitioning to a competitive salary post-funding.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Spearhead our presence on various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, VKontakte and Odnoklassniki), ensuring Fitsib is actively engaged in relevant medical tourism groups.
  • Craft and implement strategies aimed at acquiring agents worldwide who facilitate medical treatments in India, offering them attractive commissions for partnering with us.
  • Ideate, create, and post compelling content along with creative banners to attract agents and partners to our startup.
  • Analyze and identify effective content strategies to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement across social networks.
  • Work closely with our core team to align social media strategies with our startup's goals and milestones.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Has a solid background in social media marketing, preferably with experience or a keen interest in the medical tourism industry.

  • Is a self-starter, motivated to be part of a start-up environment, ready to take on challenges with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely as part of an international team.
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and ready to grow with a startup, understanding the unique opportunities and challenges it presents.
