Hiring Social Media/YouTube Manager - Urgent Requirement

Job Overview

We seek an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. As a Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our brand presence and implement new social media campaigns. You will manage the Social Media team and work closely with the Marketing and Communications departments.


Job Responsibilities:

? This position will focus on strategic, out-of-the-box creative thinking to produce highly impactful and engaging social media campaigns.

? Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze social media performance metrics.

? You wil Lead the social media and design requirements and manage the team tasks accordingly.

? The Person will manage and oversee the social listening platforms used and closely monitor the impact of the multiple social media programs.

? The position involves ensuring our social effectiveness through strategic thinking and deep data analysis.

? Develop and assist actionable strategies for Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

? Work closely with the digital marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

? Create and implement tactics to establish a strong brand presence on social media channels.

? Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop social marketing strategies and campaigns.

? Examine, gather, and present data from multiple data sources to executives weekly and monthly.

? Be the thought leader in social analytics and data processing.

? Possess a proven ability to use data to attract followers/fans and convert them into leads.

? Monitor social media platforms, trends, tools, and applications; recommend subsequent actions.

Job Qualification

  • Proven work experience as a Social media Lead
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
