Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RPA UiPath Tech Lead to join our support and maintenance team. The role requires strong technical expertise in UiPath, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth operations of automation solutions in a support window for production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage L1 , L2 and L3 support teams for UiPath RPA solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, production monitoring, incident triage, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, infrastructure, and Infosec teams to resolve issues and address requirements.
  • Manage service requests, bug fixes, and enhancements for existing automations.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
  • Review and optimize existing workflows for performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and regular reviews for the support team.
  • Maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and runbooks for efficient L1/L2 operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and propose automation opportunities within support processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 58 years of IT experience, with 3–4 years in UiPath RPA development and support.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, and Scheduling.
  • Proven experience in leading L1/L2/L3 teams, incident management, and production monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in exception handling, debugging, logging, and bot performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting (VB.Net, C#, or Python) preferred.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure setup, deployment, and RPA security standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Advanced Developer / Solution Architect certification.
  • Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and Python) is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
