Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups. Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles. Eligibility Criteria You are a good fit if you are: A fresher with excellent English communication skills , OR Someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing , OR A candidate with minimum 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication. Ability to work in US night shift . Good listening and analytical skills.
