Job Title: e Time Implementation SpecialistLocation: IndiaType: contract (11 months)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experiencede Time Implementation Specialistto support the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ADP Enterprise e TIME module. The role involves close collaboration with payroll and HCM teams, ensuring seamless integration, accurate data validation, and successful user adoption. This is a client-facing position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement ADP Enterprise e TIME module.Document business requirements, configuration decisions, and workflows.Conduct integration testing with payroll and HCM modules.Support data gathering, mapping, and validation activities.Participate in client meetings and capture/document requirements.Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues.Prepare training materials and support user onboarding.Track project milestones and deliverables; escalate risks to the Project Manager.Monitor project timelines and provide regular status updates.Deliver training sessions and provide post-go-live support.Maintain documentation of configuration settings, workflows, and user guides.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of hands-on experience withADP Global Viewande Time implementation.In-depth knowledge of ADP Global View and e Time timekeeping concepts.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Advanced proficiency inExceland data analysis.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Why Join UsThis role offers the opportunity to work on a global implementation project, gain exposure to enterprise-level HR and payroll systems, and contribute to successful digital transformation initiatives.
