Job Description :

Role & responsibilities :

- As a front-end engineer, you will be working to keep the software technology aligned with the business requirements and will work in different engagements with different engineering teams to ensure the development of maintainable and scalable web applications.

- Previous experience working with multiple development teams.

- Experience in facilitating even the most heated discussions, the ability to resolve them, and take responsibility for the decisions.

- Be an individual contributor. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do instead Lead by example.

- 3+ years of front-end web development experience; preference is given to candidates who have maintained or architected large-scale applications.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS,Boot Strap and Angular.

- Experience working with or building unified UI libraries.

- Clear understanding of software design patterns and principles.

- Experience with a variety of web application designs, including monolithic and SOA, and an understanding of service breakdown and communication principles.

- Experience guiding the continuous improvement of processes and technology.

- Strong sense of ownership. You take responsibility for the success of the delivery.

- Commitment to quality. You take pride in everything you deliver as a reflection of yourself.

- Abstract thinking while paying attention to meaningful details at the same time.

- Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas.

- Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams in writing and on video calls.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Angular version 5+.

- In-depth knowledge of HTML5.

- In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, and stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred.

- In depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus) is a must.

- Gulp or Grunt experience is a plus.

- Experience with Atomic design paradigm is a plus.

- Experience in framework (Angular 5+ version) is must.

- Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

- Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.
