Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled SEO & Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a SEO & Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and drive organic traffic to their websites. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored SEO solutions to achieve measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to conduct deep dives into search data, user intent, and competitive landscape, leveraging tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to uncover insights that drive strategy.Implement and manage advanced tracking configurations in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including the setup of goals, events, and custom dimensions, to accurately measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.Develop predictive insights using historical data and SEO metrics to forecast trends, website traffic, and potential growth opportunities.Work closely with the team to integrate SEO data with other business data sources, enhancing the overall understanding of customer behavior and identifying cross-channel opportunities.Collaborate with the Web Development Team to ensure that SEO best practices are incorporated into the development of new website features and technologies.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in search algorithms, SEO strategies, and analytical tools, continuously seeking out new training and certification opportunities to remain at the forefront of the field.

RequirementsBachelor's/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ experience as an SEO & Analytics Executive/Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus.
