Essentials:

  • Fluent in English writing & Speaking
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint, etc.
  • Good speed in typing and computer operation.
  • Cordial behavior and interpersonal skill to gather and collect data or information needed regularl.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized customers' records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
  • Master customer list – Total, global, country wise, region wise, etc.
  • Master list of customer history records like accessories, software, etc.
  • Master list of CMM users with detail contacts and tracking their further positions.
  • Master List of artefacts and periodic audit reports.
  • Master document 16 Digit and updation.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help senior team for daily, weekly, Monthly MIS, ISO MRM meetings etc.
  • Daily complaints status update
  • Daily installation status update
  • Customer visits status update and analysis AMC, Warranty, Emergency, etc.
  • Support senior management by completing emails, documents, data and keeping customers informed as instructed.
  • Email drafting
  • Letter drafting
  • Technical documents
  • Data input & analysis reports.
  • Frequent and time to time changes and update with record tracking.
  • Complete preparation, edition, follow-ups tracking of ISO documentations.
  • Organization – Department structure.
  • Review and modifying Quality Manual

  • Risk Analysis

  • Flexibility on urgencies & situations by assist senior management with any additional work as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹22,000.00 per month
