Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, Develop, deploy, and validate advanced AI algorithms and models tailored for practical use cases.Remain abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and discern opportunities to integrate cutting-edge solutions into real-world scenarios.Lead and supervise a team of Data Scientists and AI specialists in executing projects.Explore novel algorithmic approaches to tackle core challenges in AI.Offer expert guidance and consultation to both internal and external stakeholders regarding AI applications, fostering collaborative relationships across diverse teams.Engage in strategic planning with interdisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive approaches encompassing technical, personnel, and organizational facets.Act as a mentor, providing support and direction to junior AI engineers and data scientists to nurture their professional growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor / Master degree in computer science, or Engineering3+ years of experience in implementing and leading AI Solutions and ProjectsProven track record in applying AI and machine learning algorithms, particularly in Python.Proficiency in various deep learning techniques such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Residual Neural Networks (ResNet), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Generative Pre-Training models (GPT), and transformers.Hands-on experience with popular deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, MxNet, or Theano.Comprehensive understanding of deep learning principles, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
