We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, and Java to join our dynamic team.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
  • Perform automated testing using Selenium and Cucumber to ensure software quality.
  • Write and maintain Java code for automated test scripts.
  • Identify, report, and track defects and issues through the bug-tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and requirements.
  • Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the software.
  • Ensure that testing activities align with the overall project schedule and objectives.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
  • Proficiency in using Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Solid programming skills in Java.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
