We enable businesses of all we are building the payments infrastructure of tomorrow, today. We entered the payments industry in 2015 to facilitate Cash-on-Delivery payments for ecommerce businesses. We are also contributing to the pace of digitisation of India by working closely with traditional banks to increase ease and convenience for last-mile customers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Own the monthly and yearly business targets for the assigned verticals / products2. Devise growth strategy (revenue, margins) for SMB business and key feature products of Cashfree3. Ensure seamless and timely execution of the growth plans / programs4. Introduce and implement new SOPs to streamline daily BAU processes5. Track and improve the sales funnel, onboarding metrics and business review metrics6. Coordinate with marketing, product and operations teams to start / implement new initiatives
Requirements:
1. At least 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups / sacle-ups, preferably from Payment industry (or Fintech, B2B SaaS)2. 2+ years of work experience in program / project management, driving growth, revenue assurance, sales-operations3. High degree of customer-centricity thinking with an agile way of working4. Problem solver and biased for action with a knack for continuous improvement in processes5. Efficient in cross-functional roles with basic understanding of marketing, product management, operations6. Advanced understanding of excel, strong grip on numbers and good communication skill
