SCOPE OF JOB & RESPONSIBILITY

1.     Prepare Process Graphics of Manufacturing Parts for In-house & Supplier end

2.     Process Routing for make items JOB REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE (FUNCTIONAL SKILLS) BUSINESS COMPETENCY

3.     ECN & PCN

4.     Maintaining & updating of master lists of Process Graphics

5.     Stuffing Diagram for product Loading into vehicle (Despatch Vehicle)

6.     Prepare the Capex Budget and meet the Budget requirement.

7.     Plant layout Design & Control *Prepare and maintain cost estimation records for development parts

8.     New Project Development Activities *Productivity Improvement

9.     Introduce Best Practice in all processes

10.  Maintaining & Updating of master list LEGALIZATION REVISION DETAILS SCOPE OF JOB & RESPONSIBILITY

11.  Introduction of Low-cost Automation AUTHORITY *Raise PR for the requirements & initiate issuing P.O

12.  Make or Buy Decision

13.  8D Analysis Participation

14.  Prepare the Proposal & Capex form against the Budget.
