Electrical BIM Modeler :We are looking for a driven Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team.Job Description:Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Autocad and Navisworks ELEC System Knowledge. In-depth understanding of ELEC systems, including different types of equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and their interactions within a building's structure.Building Systems Coordination: The ability to coordinate ELEC systems with other building systems (structural, architectural, Electrical, plumbing, etc.) to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts.3D Modeling and Visualization: Proficiency in creating accurate 3D models and visualizations of ELEC systems to communicate design concepts effectively.Shall be able to work independently with minimal monitoringMaintain standards of information presentation and ensure accuracy in delivery.Shall be able to perform Self-checking/vetting of all drawings before issue to checker/reviewer.Coordinate with other team members to ensure the model & Details being delivered are coordinated to avoid any clashes & Ensuring Integrated delivery.AutoCAD Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD for detailed drafting and documentation of ELEC systems is often a requirement in this role. Documentation: Ability to generate detailed ELEC drawings, schematics, and specifications for construction and permit applications. Time Management: Efficient project management and time management skills to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure project progression.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information to various team members.Quality Control: Ability to review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and coordination with project requirements.COBie: Strong knowledge of COBie implementation/delivery deliverables at LOD 300.Problem resolving: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.QualificationsDip/B.tech/BE3+ years experience
