About the role: Fusion Practices is looking for a strong Oracle CPQ developer with experience in BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL, Configuration and Constraint rules, CPQ Migration and Deployments, etc  Responsibilities: Act as first-line and second-line support for incidents & service requests. Coordinate with Oracle for SR logging, tracking, and resolution. Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and solution notes. Provide monthly status reports, ticket metrics, and improvement recommendations. Ensure compliance with business SLAs and change management process. Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing sessions with business users. Support patch testing, environment refresh validation, and release planning. Requirements Strong expertise in  Oracle CPQ Cloud : BML scripting, commerce rules, BMQL Configuration and Constraint rules Document Designer, XSL templates CPQ Migration and Deployments Hands-on experience with  Oracle CX Cloud : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Subscription, CDM Groovy scripting, Object Model, BI Publisher Integration experience with: OIC (Integrations, PCS, VBCS) Oracle ERP Cloud & SCM Cloud modules REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON payloads Knowledge of Oracle CPQ–OM Cloud E2E flow. Familiarity with Agile project methodology and DevOps migration processes
