We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions.

As an SAP ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for the customization and enhancement of SAP applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- ABAP Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions.

- Technical Specifications : Create detailed technical specifications based on functional requirements provided by business analysts and functional consultants.

- System Enhancements : Implement user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points to extend SAP standard functionality.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize the performance of ABAP programs and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

- Integration : Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Troubleshooting : Provide support for SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance.

- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, including coding standards, technical specifications, and test plans.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews and participate in unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Technical Expertise : Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions.

- Object-Oriented Programming : Experience with ABAP Objects and object-oriented programming techniques.

- Data Dictionary : Proficiency in SAP Data Dictionary objects such as tables, views, search helps, and data elements.

- Integration Experience : Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

- Module Knowledge : Understanding of various SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, HR, etc., and their integration points.

- Performance Tuning : Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
