  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
  • Lead and mentor a team towards achieving business goals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Lead or similar role with a track record of growing brands organically on social media.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on both short-term opportunities and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Pinterest, Instagram etc)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
