Lead & mentor a team of .NET developers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Design & develop scalable applications

Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables

Communicate with stakeholders regularly

Ensure quality and adherence to best practices

Requirements:

Bachelors in CS/Engineering or related field

5+ years in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)

Strong OOP & design pattern knowledge

Experience mentoring team members

Effective stakeholder management

Bonus: Knowledge of Azure/AWS, CI/CD, frontend tech
