We are currently hiring for a Senior React.js Front-End Developer who knows the difference between good UI and great UX—and insists on the latter . If you find beauty in clean code, enjoy turning design into responsive magic, and can comfortably explain the pros and cons of useEffect to a room full of curious eyes, we're talking to you. This role isn't about pushing pixels. It's about creating user experiences that work smoothly and look sharp while staying friendly to performance, devices, and developers alike.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and enhance modern web applications using React.js.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect components.
  • Optimize performance across browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and QA teams.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and platforms.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code using ES6+ standards.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and manage front-end state efficiently.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
  • Stay updated with React ecosystem advancements and front-end trends.
  • Document technical processes and decisions clearly.

Primary Skills:

  • Proficient in React.js with hands-on experience using Hooks and functional components.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data (Axios, Fetch).
  • Familiarity with build tools and version control (Webpack, Git).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility and performance optimization.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in front-end frameworks or web development are welcome.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in front-end development with at least 2+ years in React.js focused roles.
