This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the maintenance and optimization of our Linux-based systems. You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless usability and performance across our platforms. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) (Mandatory skill) is essential to support our infrastructure needs. Strong knowledge of Linux (Mandatory skill) is crucial for system management and problem resolution. Experience with CentOS for efficient management of Linux servers and ensuring reliable operations. Proficiency in Shell Scripting to automate tasks and streamline system administration processes. Skilled in using Ansible for configuration management, application deployment, and task automation. Knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration in code development and deployment. Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues and improving system efficiency. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with teams and provide support where necessary. Roles and Responsibilities Monitor the performance of Linux systems and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and deployments. Maintain system security by implementing appropriate access controls and patches. Automate routine tasks using Shell Scripting to enhance system reliability and reduce manual efforts. Utilize Ansible for system configuration and deployment automation, ensuring consistency across environments. Engage in regular backup and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity and availability. Participate in capacity planning and system configuration tuning as demand grows. Document system configurations and procedures to aid in knowledge sharing and training.
