We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for the travel and tourism industry. You will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to booking and post-travel follow-up.
  • Handle inquiries for tour packages, providing detailed information and converting leads into sales.
  • Create and customize tour itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
  • Source and negotiate with hotels and other vendors to get the best quotations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and partners.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to write professional emails and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Familiarity with creating itineraries and travel-related documents.
  • Basic computer literacy is a must.
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
