JOB DESCRIPTION Req ID: We are currently seeking a Linux L3 to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). Key Responsibilities Administer Windows Server (2003–2022) and Active Directory environments. Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. Oversee server patching, health monitoring, and performance optimization. Utilize PowerShell for automation and task orchestration. Support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure as needed. Create and maintain documentation, including KBs and SOPs. Provide incident management for P1/P2 issues and customer communication. Required Skills and Experience Strong experience with Windows Server administration and clustering. Proficiency with Active Directory and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and PaaS solutions. PowerShell scripting for automation and system configuration. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
