Work Experience

What We're Looking For

We value passion and a growth mindset. While you don't need to tick every box, the following skills and experiences will help you thrive:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in verification and validation, with a focus on automation
  • Strong proficiency in Python (minimum 3 years)
  • At least 1 year of experience with Robot Framework or similar testing libraries
  • Experience with client/server and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript (minimum 1 year)
  • Preferred experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue
  • Understanding of urban signalling systems (U400, UFLO, or U500) is a plus
  • Experience with test automation and formal integration/validation processes (FIVP)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
