We're on the lookout for a professional with 3.5+ years of relevant experience to join our team in Pune (UK Shift).???? Role: Underwriter (Live / End-to-End) ???? Experience: 3.5+ years (relevant underwriting experience) ???? CTC: Up to ₹ 6 LPA ???? Location: Pune (UK Shift)???? Key Responsibilities:Perform Live Underwriting with complete end-to-end case ownership.Evaluate borrower profiles using the 4 Cs of Credit – Character, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral.Conduct a detailed Credit Report Review for accurate risk assessment.Work on both UK Mortgage and US Mortgage underwriting, including:Income Calculation (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly).Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio assessment.Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio evaluation.Asset Calculation and PITI (Principal, Interest, Taxes, Insurance) review.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and decision-making. Requirements:Minimum 3.5 years of underwriting experience (Live / End-to-End).Experience in the UK Mortgage process or the US Mortgage underwriting – both will be considered.Strong knowledge of Credit Report Review, DTI, LTV, PITI, Income & Asset calculations.Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with high accuracy.Comfortable working in a UK Shift environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.????
