We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2025.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain advanced applications using Flutter (Dart) for both iOS and Android platforms.- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.- Debug and resolve production issues and application crashes.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.- Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter SDK.- Experience with platform channels to communicate with native code (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C).- Proven experience in deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.- Strong understanding of state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, and offline storage solutions.- Experience with unit, widget, and integration testing in Flutter.Nice to Have:- Experience with backend technologies or full-stack development.- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture).- Experience with animations and complex UI design.- Familiarity with DevOps tools and mobile app monitoring.What we need -~35 hours of work per week.-100% remote from our side-You will be paid out every month.-Min 6 yrs of experience-Please apply only if you have a 100% remote job currently-If you do well, this will continue for a long time
