Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Product Manager with a background in the Manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and ecommerce operations, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and innovation in our online sales channels.

Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy Development:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

•Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Product Management:

•Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the ecommerce platform, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.

•Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, incorporating user feedback, business goals, and technological feasibility.

Ecommerce Technology:

•Work closely with IT teams to manage and optimize the technical aspects of the ecommerce platform, including site performance, security, and integrations with backend systems.

Inventory and Order Management:

•Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure accurate product availability, pricing, and timely order fulfillment.

•Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ecommerce Product Management within the Manufacturing industry.

•Proven track record of successfully managing and growing ecommerce platforms.

•Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management.

•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools.

•Experience with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce).

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

•Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
