About the Job HighRadius is looking for a Billing Analyst who can contribute in achieving our financial goals. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for Global billing for SAAS contracts which includes T&M and Milestone billing. Key Responsibilities Domain exp End to End understanding of billing process including Customer Master, Contract Management, and Invoicing). Significant focus on timeliness and accuracy. Preparing customer invoices, order management / contract management Analyze and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with pricing models. Timely Submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients To proactively manage the responses to all queries of clients/sales through the centralized email-boxes Maintain High level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions To take care of volume based/tiered based billing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Billing procedures, dispute management Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Problem solving and Negotiation skills
