Sr.Engineer Production

Primary Responsibilities 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Monitor daily plan vs actual output and take corrective action for GAP. 

• Resource management – Human, Material 

• Drive Continuous improvement through VOS (Vertiv operating system) 

• Ensure quality products are delivered. 

• Ensure safe environment on the line and drive 5S.

• On the Job training to new operators. 

• Achieve desired productivity levels. 

• Coordination with Store and purchase for material requirement.

Qualifications & Competencies:  

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Production/ Mechanical Engineering. 

Production management 

Knowledge of MS office and ERP system like Oracle / SAP

Interpersonal skills / Analytical skills / Problem solving skills / Team player.

Understanding of Lean principles.

Describe Desired Background/Experience : 

Experience in manufacturing Industry managing Assembly line.

Years of Experience Required: 

3 - 5 yrs.
