You're not just the bridge between teams — you're the keeper of the story , ensuring that everything, from shoot-day to final films and stills , reflects our aesthetic and emotional standards.You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients post-booking — managing briefs, setting expectations, locking shoot plans, leading creative execution, and guiding edits. You’ll work closely with internal and freelance teams to ensure each wedding is as seamless as it is stunning.WHO IS THIS ROLE FOR :Someone who understands weddings like a narrative — and knows how to extract emotional beats, story arcs, and visual pegs from raw footage and stillsSomeone who enjoys managing people, timelines, and creative processes end-to-endA creative thinker who can turn a couple's vibe into a concept, a teaser, or even a campaign idea — not just one film, but a journeySomeone who can watch our films and decode structure, mood, and styling — but also curate moodboards for portraits, posing references, and pre-wedding look guidesSomeone who can lead photo shoots with clarity and style cues — helping the team bring out fashion-forward portraits that feel natural and expressiveA person who is emotionally aware, visually sharp, and strong on follow-throughWHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:DOPs or filmmakers looking to shoot — this is a creative + leadership role, not a camera roleFashion stylists applying just for set dressing or costume planning — without any understanding of storytelling, filmmaking, or photo directionStylists or creatives who avoid planning, logistics, or structureClient servicing folks who lack visual sensibility or storytelling instinctPeople who dislike high-pressure environments like weddings or are hesitant to travel/on-ground workKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as the SPOC for assigned weddings — from post-booking till deliveryLead on-floor execution — giving creative direction, posing, styling inputs, guiding interviews, and ensuring story arcs are being capturedCoordinate with planners, venues, and vendors to keep the shoot smooth and on-timeLock and brief freelancers, prep call sheets , and ensure shoot-day readinessMaintain trackers, backup logs, schedules, and ensure data is properly handed offCollaborate with editors to ensure alignment with the couple’s story and studio aestheticsManage client feedback cycles, QC, and delivery deadlinesCreate teaser & trailer concepts — ideating pre-launch promos, coming soon content , and launch-day narratives (especially for Instagram)Contribute to moodboards, pre-wedding references, and creative styling inputs for both photo and video(Optional, if skilled): Participate in image shortlisting, film structure, and creative captioningQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:2–4 years of experience in content/film production, weddings, luxury client servicing, or media agenciesA strong eye for visuals, fashion, and emotion-driven storytellingComfortable managing freelancers, timelines, and cross-functional teamsEmotionally mature, clear communicator, and great under pressureExcellent with Google Sheets, basic trackers, file workflowsBonus: Experience with styling, editorial storytelling, or content packaging for Instagram/YouTubeWHAT WE OFFER:A leadership role in crafting India’s most emotional and artistic wedding storiesAccess to high-end destination weddings, unique couples, and creative freedomA space that values empathy, structure, and aesthetic thinkingReal decision-making authority — you will own the projectAn emotionally intelligent team and a respectful, drama-free cultureHOW TO APPLY:Email the following to / Portfolio / or Work ShowcaseA short note on why this role excites youCurrent CTC + Expected CTCNotice Period / Earliest Joining Date(Immediate joiners preferred • Valid Passport required • Salary range strictly ₹4–9.5 LPA)
