Experience Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of coding experience in various PHP frameworks.

  • Experience with front-end technologies like Angular/React/Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of PHP design patterns and writing reusable components.
  • Expertise in PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Twig, etc.
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies including Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge in various databases like MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, MongoDB, and their declarative query languages.
  • Proficient in code versioning tools like Bitbucket.
  • Understanding of AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
  • Ability to solve complex performance and architectural challenges.
  • Experience working as a Technical Lead.
Responsibilities :
  • Act as a liaison between the product owner and the technical team to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate with managers and technical personnel throughout all project phases.
  • Execute projects in Agile methodology with proper sprint and release planning.
  • Prioritize and perform tasks effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
  • Validate project implementation against requirements and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Jira.
  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Review proposed modifications on project plans and implement beneficial changes.
  • Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends.
  • Keep technical and functional documentation updated.
  • Manage scope change process, identify risks and issues, and facilitate resolution and escalation.
  • Transparent communication, reporting to the CTO on project deliveries.
Primary Skills :
  • Minimum 11 years of experience in PHP, Angular/React/Vue.js, HTML, Symphony, CSS, MySQL, AWS.
  • Team Management.

  • Experience working in Agile.
  • Optimizing performance and contributing to architectural recommendations.
Secondary Skills :
  • Hands-on experience working with caching technologies such as Redis, Memcached, etc.
  • Clear understanding of different software architectures, engineering principles, and patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, distributed systems).
  • Awareness of security considerations and tools like OWASP top 10.
